"What distinguishes The Stark Collection Agency of Madison, Wi from other collection agencies is that the service they provide to a client is of such a high quality, that the client feels as if she/he is their only client. I believe that in the past six and a half years while working with the Dane County Clerk of Court's Office, The Stark Agency's business has continued to grow. The service provided by The Stark Agency during that time has not diminished in the least.
The Stark Agency has a good understanding of the differences between collecting for a government agency and private for profit agency. The Stark Agency has made changes over time in their system to adapt to the needs of the Dane County Clerk of Court's Office.

I wanted to write you a brief note, and let you know how happy I am that our agency has switched to The Stark Agency for our collection services. Since August, when we came on board with you, I have been continually impressed not only with the collections coming in, but with the outstanding service as well.
I ran some numbers for my supervisor last week, running a comparison between your company and the previous one, and here is what i discovered: we submitted $16,000 in accounts to The Stark Agency between October 2007 and February 2008, $3,300 of which has already been collected. I went back to 2002 for the old agency, and in 5 years they collected a total of $3,300 on $60,000 in submissions.
